i love that all of the people in this town are so kind and accepting . . . the two who aren't are definitely played as gossips and malicious old biddies. it's wonderful to have a happy ending :) i didn't realize it was TWO books . . . but it's a continuation of the "story" of the town so it was a bonus!

This again was a really good read , I absolutely love this authors series and I can’t wait to read the next
I could not wait for this book to be delivered after reading the first two in the series and I was not disappointed. Debbie Macomber books are easy reading and the characters are so real that you do not want to put it down. The twists she puts in are good but not too "out there". If you have read the first two Hearts of Texas books you should definitely read this one. But if you have not read the other two and just "pick" this one up she will fill in the blanks during the story so you will not be lost as to how these events came to pass. If easy reading is what you are after, this is the book for you and the author as well.
Yes! This book is a winner! Romance, intrigue, mystery, suspense. I liked all of the series so far, but this was the best!
There is a glaring error, however. Matthew 2846 was quoted, but the correct passage is Matthew 2746.
Some intrigue, some mystery, history revealed, finally justice served. Looking forward to the next books in the series. As always a happy ending.
This was a very interesting story. I never thought of the plagues in the old testament being used for the fate of this town called
Bitter End. We need praying people to hit their knees and pray for America because we have lost all that was good about our United
States over the last 40 years or more. I believe we are love my under a curse right now, I can say this because I am 77 years old and
for the first time since 2009 things have changed and not for the better of our people.
